Very, very delicious food, really humane prices. The waiters are friendly and capable. And a great selection of dishes. Always happy!

Friendly, attentive service. Both classic Italian dishes such as a pizza and a cutter plaice taste delicious as they should and are also well portioned. Outside you can sit comfortably and watch the goings-on in the market. Gladly again.

Corona rules are not observed. The employees do not wear a mask, guests are distributed to the tables without a minimum distance and contact data is not recorded. Drinks were not refrigerated, the pizza dough was still half-raw. Never eaten so bad. That should be Ratzeburg's best restaurant?

I had a schnitzel with fries. The schnitzel was very well prepared and I didn't know the french fries in this variant, probably also very good. The price is also absolutely okay

Was there for the first time yesterday because a lot of people told about it. Ambience well, given a lot of effort, but now out of time. The food was good, nothing more. Medium isn't almost raw, but it was soft and tasty. If champions are on the menu, there should also be some on it, not just 4 small pieces that looked like they were out of a can. But as I said, the rump steak was delicious and so were the fried potatoes. Others will decide whether I will come back.

No idea where the good reviews come from - the service seems listless, the hygiene questionable (sauce leftovers in the bread basket) and the food is irrelevant to below average. It might be enough to fill you up, pleasure looks different. Maybe there are simply no alternatives on site? I don't think I've ever had such a bad pizza in a restaurant. You already know why they spice up this work ... the other food was probably absolutely meaningless.

Very ambitious service, highly motivated and professional. Whether in day-to-day business or in the evening while sitting together comfortably. The food was delicious and plentiful. On the last evening one of the waiters sat down with us, although it was probably long since the end of the day, took time to relax and we talked for a long while. You really got the impression that the employees enjoy their work and maybe even enjoy it. Highly recommended.

The pizza wasn't bad, but not really good either. Slightly burnt and rather tasteless, despite the actually spicy topping. Waiters don't wear masks.

Simply recommended. The staff was very quick and always had a smile on their face. The food is very filling and professionally prepared. The price-performance ratio is right. The ambience is ok. The toilets are by no means faulty. We'd love to come back.

Our food (pasta, fish, pizza and fitness plate) was delicious and well prepared. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back.

For me it is not only performance that counts, but also service! And as for that: it was enough for me! I have been treated very rude twice. You can be in a bad mood. But this should not be carried out on the back of the customer!

Delicious. The portions are generous and nobody starves here. The view is great, as the restaurant is right on the market square. Toilets are clean and the staff friendly. There is also a changing table and baby high chair here.

The ambience is not that great, but the food is so much the better. The starter is already plentiful, the main meal a little more sumptuous. All in all you can eat and drink very well for little money.

Be carefully because the menu that is on the website it's not the real one. On the website it says that there is a promotion every Sunday but here they say it's only in Hamburg's restaurant even if in the website it says that there is a discount in every restaurant. For this reason I can only give 2 stars. If they don't offer the same promotion to all the restaurants they should write that on the website. Now about the food. Really not Italian. Pizza with a lot of garlic and no special flavor. I guess if you say the restaurant is German Italian, at least the Italian part is should be there. Never again.

Great food, fair prices, great and friendly service with a smile. Roast beef was excellent.

Best restaurant in Ratzeburg. Have been there many times and also as a group is trying to serve all dishes at the same time on the table. The staff is friendly and special requests are very well implemented. Fortunately, draft beer is served here and the selection is great. The rump steak is highly recommended, Medium has always been hit to the point.
